- Is the AI quote free?
- Yes. No credit card. Enter your addresses and photos to see a clear estimate.
- What’s included in the mid price?
- Truck, labor, materials (if you select them), access costs, an insurance line, and a small risk buffer. Each one shows as its own line item.
- Do you provide certificates of insurance (COI)?
- Yes, for buildings that need them. Ask for a COI when we confirm your booking, and include your building manager’s details.
- What if my building needs an elevator booking?
- You or your property manager book the elevator window. Tell us the time when we confirm so the crew arrives ready.
- Can the price change on move day?
- If inventory or access differs from what you submitted, we talk it through before any extra work starts. Accurate photos are the best way to avoid surprises.
- How do I cancel or change the date?
- Email or call as soon as you know. Confirmed jobs may have a change window. We’ll spell that out when we confirm your booking.
- Do you move offices or only homes?
- We focus on homes (apartment, condo, house) plus packing help. Ask about small offices through Contact.
