1. Who we are

ClearMover Inc. operates the ClearMove website and quoting tools for residential moves in Toronto & the GTA. Contact: hello@clearmover.online · (416) 555-0199.

2. Quotes are estimates for submitted scope

AI and manual quotes reflect the inventory, addresses, dates, and access details you provide. They are estimates—not a promise of instant crew dispatch. Accepting or requesting a quote creates a lead so we can confirm details; it does not by itself form a binding move contract.

Final pricing may change if onsite scope or access differs from what you submitted. We will communicate material changes before expanding work when reasonably possible. Line items (truck, crew, access, materials, protection) describe the priced package for that submission.

3. AI estimates

Photo and text inventory tools help estimate volume and labor. AI can miss or mis-label items. You are responsible for reviewing the inventory and correcting low-confidence or missing pieces before you book.

4. Booking confirmation

After you request a booking we contact you to confirm scheduling, access (elevators, docks, parking), payment terms, and protection options. We may decline jobs outside our service area, specialty cargo we do not haul, or capacity limits. A move is booked only when we confirm in writing (email or message) with date, scope, and price basis.

5. Changes, cancel, and reschedule

Tell us as soon as dates or inventory change. Reschedule and cancellation rules, including any fees, are stated in the booking confirmation. Quotes may expire; rate cards and capacity change over time—regenerate an estimate if your window slips.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate addresses, access information, and inventory. Arrange parking and elevator or loading-dock bookings required by your building. Disclose hazardous materials, firearms, perishables, and items we may refuse. Secure valuables and personal documents yourself unless we expressly agree in writing to handle them.

7. Protection and liability

Quotes may include a protection or insurance line for the submitted scope. Coverage type, valuation limits, and certificates are confirmed at booking—not invented on the website. See Insurance. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, liability arising from use of the quote tools alone (without a booked move) is limited to fees paid for related paid services, if any. Moving services are governed by the service agreement provided at booking confirmation.

8. Website use

Do not abuse the site (scraping, overload, reverse engineering for competing services, or uploading unlawful content). We may suspend access that threatens system integrity or other customers.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
