How our pricing works
No mystery number. You see what goes into the quote — and why the crew and truck we pick are the lowest rational cost for your job.
1. Move profile
From your origin and destination we estimate distance, drive time, traffic, and building access signals (floors, elevators, parking/long-carry heuristics). You can correct low-confidence fields before we price.
2. Inventory
Photos or video feed our AI inventory. Specialty and fragile items get flagged. You edit the list so the quote matches what you're actually moving.
3. Optimized config
We search truck tiers and crew sizes against our Toronto rate card and pick the configuration with the lowest mid-quote that still covers labor and drive time — competitive without underbidding the job.
4. Line items you can read
Truck, labor, materials, access modifiers, insurance, and a risk buffer. Range bands reflect uncertainty — not a bait price.
