How our pricing works

No mystery number. You see what goes into the quote, how we size the crew and truck, and where the limits are.

1. Move profile

From your origin and destination we estimate distance, drive time, traffic, and building access (floors, elevators, parking and long carries). You can correct anything that looks off before we price. In Toronto and the GTA, access often matters more than kilometres on the map.

2. Inventory from photos

Photos or video feed our AI inventory. Specialty and fragile items get flagged. You edit the list so the quote matches what you're actually moving. Leaving things out to chase a lower number is how surprise charges show up onsite. Accurate inventory is how a fair price holds up.

3. Crew and truck sizing

We compare truck sizes and crew counts against our Toronto rate card and pick the mix that covers the labor and drive time without oversizing the job. Competitive, not underbid.

4. Line items you can read

Truck, labor, materials, access, insurance, and a risk buffer each show separately. Range bands reflect uncertainty, not a bait price. Packing can appear as its own lines when you want materials or packer labor included.

5. Limits (read this)

AI estimates inventory and access from what you provide. It does not replace onsite judgment when the home differs from the photos, when elevator windows slip, or when building rules were not shared. Quotes expire because rates and capacity change. We do not promise "cheapest in Toronto" or a fixed price for a scope that changed. We confirm every booking before the truck rolls.
